Do your products include packaging or gift boxes for gifting?
Absolutely! In fact, all orders are shipped in either our exclusive JewelSugar "candy box" packaging or in our exclusive JewleSugar "black and white" boxes - each complete with a gorgeous contrasting bow ribbon on top! Our high-quality packaging makes gift-giving so much easier. We also take the extra time to make sure each piece is carefully and properly secured for shipment.

When will my JewelSugar order ship?
All current in-stock items shipping via Priority or Express Mail are typically processed and shipped within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase and/or when all item(s) are made available from their backordered status and is regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Handling may take up to 10-14 business days for items shipping via our free shipping option. Customized and handmade pieces may take longer, details of which can be found at the top of each customized or handmade product description. Backordered items are estimated to ship within the noted time frame, details of which can be found at the top of the product description (also see "When will my backordered items ship?" below). Please note that all listed backorder times are estimates and all backordered items will ship as soon as they become available. During the peak of holiday season it may take up to 14 business days for shipment for non-backordered items. All domestic Priority US orders placed prior to December 18th are estimated to arrive prior to December 24th (Christmas Eve). Estimates are not guaranteed by USPS. Priority and Express Mail orders placed prior to December 18th are scheduled by USPS to arrive by December 24th (Christmas Eve). Tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your order. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. Additionally, you may add shop@jewelsugar.com to your contact list to ensure future email delivery.

Where can I view my past order history?
If you opted to create a JewelSugar customer account at checkout, your past order history is available for view when you sign into your account. You can click "Customer Login" located at the top of the site to view your past order history and tracking information. If you placed an order with us, but did not create an account, please send an email to shop@jewelsugar.com to request account activation. Once your account is activated, your past orders will display as long as the email address matches the email address used in previous checkouts.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are proud to ship our products worldwide. Please click here for more information about international shipping costs and approximate shipping times.

When will backordered items ship?
Please note that all listed backorder times are estimates and all backordered items will ship as soon as they become available. An item that is backordered will note the following at the top of the product page: "Backordered: This necklace will ship within (#) weeks from order date, even when overnight shipping is selected." All backordered items are available for immediate purchase and are estimated to ship within the specified time, as noted in the product description, from the date of purchase. Your debit/credit card will be charged upon order placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your backordered item(s) have shipped.

What happens if I place an order for an item that is currently in-stock and an item that is backordered?
All backordered items will ship together with any in-stock purchases, once they become available. If you would like to expedite the shipping of any in-stock items to be shipped separately from your backordered purchases (extra shipping costs may apply), please contact us at shop@jewelsugar.com. All listed backorder times are estimates and will ship as soon as they become available.
